Position: Salesforce CRM Support Analyst

Working Duration: 12 months contract
Working Location: 1, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Selangor
Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 10am - 7pm.
Salary: Basic up to RM5,900 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

About the Assignment:
1. To support all sales and ops users within company with regards to Salesforce CRM processes.
2. To identify process gaps and SFDC process improvement opportunities. To assist and lead small and medium scale SFDC enhancement projects.
The Core Objectives:
1. Provide support and assistance to end-users with any Salesforce CRM inquiries or issues.
2. Support the Regional CRM Manager on Salesforce CRM related project activities.
3. To support and be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Salesforce CRM program
4. Work closely with company Technical Solutions team on Salesforce CRM issue resolution or change request tickets.
5. Be a Salesforce CRM expert to our users
6. Extract and analyze Salesforce reports to aid decision-making processes.
7. Collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations aligned with business requirements.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in supporting internal sales team with their CRM processes. Someone who is process-oriented and has attention to detail. Tech savvy and has a passion to understand technical business details to be the bridge between business and tech. Salesforce CRM support experience would be an added advantage.
