Job Description

We need an Expert Salesforce Developer to lead and perform a CRM migration to Salesforce. We are Lot Squared Development (lotsquared.com) and we develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in Washington, DC. Here\'s our situation: As a real estate developer, we source our own projects off-market by making millions of cold calls a month to motivated property sellers and developing a relationship over time with those who might be interested in selling to us. We currently use Podio as our CRM which is integrated into our dialing system, but we need to fully migrate our data and operations over to Salesforce by the end of the year. Roles and Responsibilities As a team of 1, the Developer will both manage the project and do the technical work of the project. As a project manager, the Developer:

• Communicates actively with stakeholders, giving pushback when necessary
• Understands the business case and the \xe2\x80\x98big picture\xe2\x80\x99
• Translates the \xe2\x80\x98big picture\xe2\x80\x99 into technical scope and plan
• Achieve daily milestones and report progress to leadership

As a technical professional, the Developer:

• Develops and customizes Salesforce applications, including coding in JavaScript
• Tests changes and implementations
• Migrates Salesforce from development into production
• Ensure data integrity during migration

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 direct experience with Salesforce
• Experience integrating Salesforce with telephony and call team operations
• Ample certification from Salesforce \xe2\x80\x93 we will verify before extending offers
• Strong project management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Able to understand our business needs
• Strong problem-solving and abstract-thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
