To configure our Salesforce platform seamlessly and help your colleagues succeed. Here\'s what you\'ll do:

• Salesforce Configuration: Dive deep into Salesforce setup, custom objects, fields, and workflows. You\'ll fine-tune our CRM to perfection, ensuring it aligns with our growth trajectory.
• Innovate: You\'re not just a configurer; you\'re a problem solver. Leverage declarative tools to create elegant solutions. Whether it\'s automating processes or enhancing user interfaces, you\'ll leave your mark.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro: When things get tricky, you\'re not cared. Debugging issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity-these challenges excite you.
• Stay Ahead: Salesforce evolves, and so do you. Keep up with the latest features, best practices, and certifications. Your hunger for knowledge drives our success.
• Support: Help your colleagues succeed in their job by helping them overcome Salesforce issues. You are their guide!
• Quality: We strive for CI/CD. Our ideal candidate utilizes Version Control, GitHub, and Gearset to manage Salesforce configurations and deployments with security always in mind. We are a Cyber Security company after all.
• Techy: Knowledge on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and test automation. Any other development languages, for example JavaScript, is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Wizardry: You\'ve mastered the art of Salesforce configuration. Custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules are your playground.
• Business Acumen: You\'re not just a techie; you understand business processes. Your solutions aren\'t just configuration-they\'re business enablers.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator? Check. Platform App Builder? Double-check. Bonus points for CPQ or other specialized certs.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator from Salesforce development in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• AI: Experience with Salesforce artificial intelligence features (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder) is highly desirable.
