Salesforce Effectiveness Manager
Job description
A leading FMCG beverage manufacturer is seeking for a SFE Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the growth and strategy of sales channels for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and monitor sales metrics for the Malaysia salesforce.
2. Work closely with the sales and distributor team to evaluate salesforce effectiveness.
3. Drive for sales improvement through implementation of strategies.
4. Conduct consistent reviews and analytics of commercial data to identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in commercial strategy, salesforce effectiveness/automation, or business development within FMCG.
- Has strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP and PowerBI (SQL would be advantageous).
- Has sound understanding of sales channels and distributor management.
- Fluent communication in English and Malay (Mandarin would be an added advantage).
