Your Role
We are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Business Group, with the focus on Salesforce projects. You will become part of the Global Salesforce Business Group practice and you will be working on a project basis in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce projects. Candidates for this role should possess a knowledge of Marketing Cloud & the application landscape around it.
The Salesforce Consultant supports the implementation from proposal to delivery. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets/exceeds functional requirements. This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role guides teams that will successfully deliver the Salesforce project.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver, oversee and ensure quality of Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
Performs \xe2\x80\x9cAs-Is\xe2\x80\x9d and Fit/Gap analyses in to map the Cloud technology\xe2\x80\x99s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs.
Serve as the bridge between PM, QA, development and client teams
Leading a team of 2-3 business analyst
Presents and leads sessions and requirement workshops, based on Agile Delivery Methods
Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce CRM, Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud technology to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
Apply specific functional knowledge of CRM & Marketing applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
Understands the importance and can design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape using middleware (example: integrations to ERP & POS systems)
Manages teams of highly qualified functional and technical resources (both on-shore and off-shore).
Participate in the creation and execution of test plans, strategies, and communications (e.g. requirement traceability, test scripts, test data requirements, defect management)
Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions).
Design and create training materials (e.g. job aids, reference guides, training manuals)
Oversee the management of project documentation
Participate in client facing meetings and documenting key decisions and action items
Key Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)
Holds Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud Certifications
Experience working with relevant CRM & Marketing solutions
Has at least 5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce implementation projects
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Preferable to have retail industry experience
Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders along with ability to walk stakeholders through marketing solutions
Experience working with agile methodology
Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation
