Essential ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Configuration and Enhancement
Collaborate closely with product owners and business users to gather a clear understanding of business objectives and processes.
Create functional specifications that align with Salesforce best practices and business objectives.
Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including customizations, automation, and data integrations.
Conduct thorough testing and ensure quality assurance of system changes before deployment.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
Documentation Management
Work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and developers to gather information and create comprehensive documentation for our Salesforce orgs and integrated systems.
Document existing configurations, customizations, workflows, and data models to ensure a clear understanding of the systems\' architecture.
Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice documents for various business processes.
Continuously update and maintain the documentation repository to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data from various systems and Salesforce orgs to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable information for decision-making.
Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement data cleansing and data governance practices.
Task Management and Prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize project tasks in alignment with Agile principles.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, actively contributing to the team\'s understanding of project requirements and progress.
Break down complex project requirements into smaller, actionable tasks, ensuring clarity and feasibility for the development team.
Create and maintain the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing user stories based on business value, dependencies, and feedback.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting priorities and dependencies, ensuring efficient task allocation and resource utilization.
Provide regular updates on task status and velocity to stakeholders, promoting transparency and facilitating effective decision-making.
Collaborate with the development team to address any questions, clarify requirements, and provide guidance on task execution.
Project Management
Support Salesforce enhancement projects by assisting in project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job requirementsFunctional Skills and Knowledge
Ability to create comprehensive documentation using modern practices and methodologies.
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Flow and sharing model. Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau) and Account Engagement (Pardot) would be a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
An ability to quickly learn and understand business processes, identify and challenge inefficiencies within them and understand how they are effectively digitalized.
Experience working in FMCG, Healthcare or Technology industries and a shared services environment with stakeholders in multiple countries would be a plus.
