Job Description


Essential ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Configuration and Enhancement

  • Collaborate closely with product owners and business users to gather a clear understanding of business objectives and processes.
  • Create functional specifications that align with Salesforce best practices and business objectives.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including customizations, automation, and data integrations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and ensure quality assurance of system changes before deployment.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
Documentation Management
  • Work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and developers to gather information and create comprehensive documentation for our Salesforce orgs and integrated systems.
  • Document existing configurations, customizations, workflows, and data models to ensure a clear understanding of the systems\' architecture.
  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice documents for various business processes.
  • Continuously update and maintain the documentation repository to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze data from various systems and Salesforce orgs to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable information for decision-making.
  • Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement data cleansing and data governance practices.
Task Management and Prioritization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize project tasks in alignment with Agile principles.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, actively contributing to the team\'s understanding of project requirements and progress.
  • Break down complex project requirements into smaller, actionable tasks, ensuring clarity and feasibility for the development team.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing user stories based on business value, dependencies, and feedback.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting priorities and dependencies, ensuring efficient task allocation and resource utilization.
  • Provide regular updates on task status and velocity to stakeholders, promoting transparency and facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address any questions, clarify requirements, and provide guidance on task execution.
Project Management
  • Support Salesforce enhancement projects by assisting in project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job requirementsFunctional Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability to create comprehensive documentation using modern practices and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Flow and sharing model. Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau) and Account Engagement (Pardot) would be a plus.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • An ability to quickly learn and understand business processes, identify and challenge inefficiencies within them and understand how they are effectively digitalized.
  • Experience working in FMCG, Healthcare or Technology industries and a shared services environment with stakeholders in multiple countries would be a plus.
