Our client is a globally recognized organisation and due to expansion plans they are currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to be part of the team.

High degree of technical aptitude over a wide scope of CRM architecture, data analysis, data model design to provide technical direction and mentorship to team.

Responsible for overall architecture and integrations design with other applications from Salesforce perspective

Represent IT for strategic / transformational initiatives.

Evaluate different CRM tools to fit business needs.

Drive and lead end to end solutioning of CRM platform

Build POCs and solutions to fit business needs

Acting as technical expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation and simplicity in design.

Investigating tasks and providing estimates on hours, schedules and deadlines.

Take part in defining and adopting best practices in technical design and implementations.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget by holding contributors accountable for delivering

on project milestones and deliverables.

Focus on helping people make informed business decisions by making accurate, current, and

relevant information available to them when they need it.

Reviews, identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations to leadership.

Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution

8+ years of experience with Salesforce development

Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool

to meet complex process and reporting requirements

Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Service

Salesforce development and implementation experience.

At minimum hold current Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I

Experience with Java-based applications

Experience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies

Experience with Salesforce Development and Deployment Tools

Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior developers

Experience with Communities and Flows

Experience declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightning development.

Able to translate user stories into working software with minimal oversight.

Experience working with and in distributed teams

Experience working with off shore teams

Experience working with vendors and partners to deliver on initiatives

Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing or equivalent solutions
