Understand Koyo's F&B equipment products and clearly explain features, benefits, and solutions to customers.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with customers until the sales process is fully completed.
Perform site visits for customers who require technical assessment.
Coordinate with the technical team for installation, rental, and maintenance arrangements.
Manage the sales pipeline and prepare weekly progress reports to HQ.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and events/exhibitions
