Job Description



Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prospect and identify potential customers and follow up on sales leads. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and educate them about the features and benefits of our machinery. Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotes to customers, negotiate pricing and close sales deals. Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activity, and sales forecasts. Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry & oil palm background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Proficient in using sales tools and software, including CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint. Technical knowledge of agriculture machinery and farming practices. Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers and attend trade shows and events. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
