. We're looking for experienced Salesman take us to our next phase of growth. Currently with 100 branches, we are looking to expand at a faster pace domestically and regionally to South, North and East Coast. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new Mandarin-speaking clients or leads.

Promote and sell Baterihub's battery products to potential and existing customers.

Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Visit clients on-site or communicate remotely

Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Support customers pre-sale and post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Prepare quotations, offers, and commercial proposals.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions based on company policies.

Ensure clarity in communication and accurate documentation.

Provide timely reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.

Monitor competitors and provide insights on pricing or product trends.

Share customer feedback with internal teams for improvement.

Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers on pricing, logistics, or product specs.

Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams for stock and order management.

Support online and offline campaigns when needed.

Promote Baterihub's presence on digital platforms if required.

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) - MANDATORY.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in batteries, electronics, or automotive industry).

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
