Visit assigned outstation areas regularly to promote and sell company products.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Identify new customers, distributors, and business opportunities in the assigned territories.
Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, competitors' activities, and pricing trends.
Prepare and submit sales reports, order forms, and customer feedback to the head office.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control according to company policies.
Ensure proper product display and availability at outlets.
Conduct product demonstrations, promotional activities, and trade shows in outstation areas.
Distribute marketing materials and assist in branding activities.
Plan and organize travel routes efficiently to cover all assigned territories.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for product delivery and stock replenishment.
Maintain company vehicle (if provided) and ensure proper usage during business trips.
Submit daily or weekly sales reports and expense claims.
Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and customer feedback in each area.
Provide suggestions for product or process improvements based on field experience.
