Requirements

• Sales Representative (Van Sales) : Require valid GDL license

Requirements

• Fluency in local languages, ideally Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in related FMCG industry.
• Need to possess basic knowledge of FMCG trade and culture
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and exhibit good negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and be accountable
• Pro-active in liaising with customers and problem-solving
• Goal and result-oriented mind set
• Possess good time management skills and able to work efficiently
• Possess integrity

Responsibilities

• Servicing of outlets according to set beat plan to achieve monthly targets and other key performance indicators.
• Execution of POSM, trade offers and other promotional activities
• Performing FIFO and maintaining validity and cleanliness of goods and assets in trade
• Management and collection of payments from customers
• Prompt following up on customer issues and complaints
• Ensuring sufficient and proper display of goods in stores
• Doing own tracking of product distribution and other execution tasks
• Responding to customers queries and delivering information on promotions, new products, price changes etc
