Job Description

- Plan and manage company\'s social media accounts; Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok and company\'s websites on a daily basis. - Develop new campaigns and interesting content to expand audience reach and customer interaction, and fostering business growth. - Design and edit attractive content, posters, videos, infographic or any materials. - Generates innovative marketing strategies within company\'s marketing budgeting. - Handle and maintain consistent responds on any social media inquiries, follow up and provide leads to the sales team. - Oversees the sales team and work closely in supporting the sales forecast, sales revenue and achieving the monthly sales target. - Maintain partnership and collaborate with media agencies and vendors. - Update on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. - Able to work independently and team-player. - Motivated to achieve desired sales target (KPI). Requirement: - Experience and passionate in creating social media content is preferred. - No sales experience required, experience learning sales skills with us. - Candidate posses at least a SPM in any field. - Fresh graduates or school leavers are encourage to apply. - Must be willing to work indoor and outdoor. - Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively. - Excellent communication skills.
