Job Description



1.? ?Market Development



Identify new overseas markets and business opportunities. Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, pricing, and industry trends. Develop market entry strategies and build brand awareness abroad.

2.? ?Sales & Revenue Generation



Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and payment follow-up. Achieve sales targets and develop monthly/quarterly forecasts for export sales. Promote company products through presentations, trade shows, online channels, or visits (if required).

3.? ?Customer Relationship Management



Handle communication with international clients (calls, emails, video meetings). Build long-term relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and partners. Resolve customer issues related to product specs, delivery delays, pricing, etc.

4.? ?Export Operations Coordination



Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments on export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, CO, FTA forms). Ensure compliance with export regulations, incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF), and country-specific import rules. Track shipments and update customers proactively.

5.? ?Internal Coordination



Work with production/planning teams to ensure goods are ready on time. Liaise with finance/accounts on credit terms, L/C documentation, or foreign currency billing. Provide regular updates to management on overseas market performance.

Job Requirements & Qualifications



1.? ?Education

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. Additional certifications in export management or Incoterms is a plus.
2.? ?Experience

Minimum 1-3 years experience in international sales or export business. Familiarity with international trade procedures and export documentation is essential.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Skills Required



Communication : Professional email writing, phone etiquette, presentation

Language : Fluent English (additional languages is a plus, e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic depending on region)

Tech/Tools : Microsoft Excel.

Trade Knowledge : Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP), shipping process, trade finance (L/C, T/T), export tax & duties [ Optional ]
