Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories, with the ability to quickly acquire in-depth product knowledge of RSB Racing's offerings.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to business development, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the motorcycle parts and accessories market.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques, building rapport with customers, and promoting RSB Racing products.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines in a self-directed environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is strictly required, but a strong willingness to learn and a passion for sales are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the motorcycle parts and accessories market, focusing on expanding the reach of RSB Racing products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the management team.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports to monitor progress against sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote RSB Racing products.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
