  • Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and practices.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and proposals.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Proficient in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Demonstrate competency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks.
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Klang.

  • Greet customers and ascertain each customer's wants or needs.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Assist customers with purchase decisions by providing information and demonstrating merchandise.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Support sales team by providing sales support and assistance with customer relationship management.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals on a consistent basis.
