Requirements

• Sales experience in retail, luxury goods, furniture, or interiors preferred
• Good communication skills and polished presentation
• Service-oriented with a friendly, confident, and proactive attitude
• Passionate about design, furnishings, or home styling
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with weekday off days)
• Team player with a positive work ethic

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner
• Provide styling and layout advice based on customer needs
• Guide clients through the full buying process-from consultation to post-sale follow-up
• Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and client relationship-building
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Manage orders and coordinate closely with backend and logistics teams
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral sales
