Company Description Riverside Travel & Tours is a trusted travel agent specializing in outdoor and nature destinations since June 2008. We are also a co-organizer for sport, outdoor and community related events. Sustainability and community building are at the heart of our company. With our head office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, we are active all over Malaysia as well as international. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Salesperson. The job requires some in-office presence at our Petaling Jaya location, but you\'ll often be meeting outside with potential clients. Options for working from home can be discussed. You will mainly deal with corporate clients, relating to CSR and teambuilding events. Being responsible for sales, your job will also be to identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. For our event branch, you will sell exhibition space as well as foster and maintain relationships with existing exhibitors and sponsors. You might also be required to work on other projects, so some flexibility is required. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills with proven trackrecord Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented approach with the ability to identify customer needs and preferences Strong organizational skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Fast learner and adaptable attitude Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English required, one or more other languages is a plus Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus Knowledge of the outdoor and adventure industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field Send us your CV and motivation to apply for this job.
