Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Communication, Negotiation, Lead Generation, Closing Techniques, and Product Knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales to meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam.
• Must have own transport

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their kitchen and wardrobe requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, ensuring tailored solutions are proposed.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing Bestmas Kitchen System's offerings and highlighting their unique value proposition to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales orders while maximizing profitability and adhering to company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities, and closing deals in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Bestmas Kitchen System's solutions and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders, maintaining clear communication and addressing any potential issues.
