Prepare and monitor production and sales planning schedules.
Liaise with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and planning execution.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients or suppliers to handle inquiries, orders, and coordination matters.
Assist in sales forecast, customer order processing, and inventory control.
Monitor customer demands and coordinate delivery schedules accordingly.
Prepare sales reports and planning analysis for management.
Support improvement initiatives in planning and sales coordination.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year of experience in planning, sales support or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently, responsible and a good team player.
