Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote and sell products, solutions and services to customers in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Industries customers.

Preferred at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field

Knowledge on Valve, Control Valve, Actuators would be an added advantage

Meet the yearly sales target and objectives.

Grow and develop the business

Maintain existing customer within the industries and explore new customers and opportunities.

Make sales call - make enquiries, appointment, follow up on quotation and project proposal.

Respond to customer request - technical or/and commercial.

Execute action plan according to agreed and defined account development plan.

Provide product presentation to customer.

Scout and seek for project opportunity in the related industry.

Collaborate and liaise with Principal on technical, pricing and strategies.

Work together with Proposal team/Internal Sales on tender/quotation preparation & submission, technical clarification and negotiation with factory when necessary.

Attend technical & commercial meeting.

Product selection for customer.

Prepare budgetary quotation, prepare sales reporting - budget, forecast, visit reports.

Build customer relationship through social events.

Traveling for site-visit

Assist new colleagues on technical advice.

Conduct Internal Kick-off meeting for projects.

Other tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electronic&Electrical / Chemical Engineering or relevant.

3 to 5 years of sales experience or relevant working experience is an added advantage.

Good knowledge on related Industry.

Good understanding of market development and customer.

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa.

Good Customer Relation Management (CRM).

Presentation skills.

Negotiation skills and commercial minded.

People and management skills.

Time management skills.
