Job Description

Position 1: Sales Executive



Goal Achievements:

Acquisition of new customers (General Construction Segment). Generate projects / business opportunities to meet the Company's business plans and growth strategies. Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to closing of theopportunity as well as post-sales inquiry related to new variation work. Monitor customer satisfaction, implementation procedures and activities for thepurpose of providing feedback to clients. Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update andadhered to the corporate image. Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship withexisting customers within the commercial construction industry. Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products &services and gather market intel.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing or working experience in Waterproofingproducts/services. Self-starter, with the ability to a) operate under minimal supervision and b) managemultiple projects, prioritizing workload. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to present well. Good networking in building & construction industry. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, internalteams, and external partners.

Position 2: Specification Executive

Develop specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage. Prepare and deliver the technical presentation explaining products or services of the Company including raising awareness of Company products and options. Collaborate with Technical Department to understand client requirement and provide sales support. Assist in the research and development of new products. Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications. Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image. Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry. Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.
Job Requirements:
