Job Description

Greets and serves guests in a warm and friendly manner, prepare and handle food products in a safe and responsible manner, suggestively sell food and beverage products, maintains food safety and sanitation standards.

Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Serves and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the guests and team members.

2. Greets guests and prepares their orders neatly, accurately and in a timely manner. Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill, collects payment from guests and makes change.

REQUIREMENT:

Fresh graduate or those with F&B experiences are encouraged to apply Excellent hands-on skills Positive attitude and responsible character.
