Snapshot of the role:

We are looking for a QA Executive who will be responsible to factory hygiene.

You are driven to: * Factory hygiene & cleanliness

• Assist to maintain the factory hygiene as per regulatory requirement
• To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of factory facilities is up to standard
• To monitor the qc supervisor\' works in term of hygiene and cleanliness on their respective area;
• To implement the cleaning schedule/checklist, methods and monitor the effectiveness;
• To verify/audit on the cleanliness of the factory is up to standard;
• To ensure all personnel in the factory is having good hygiene practices;
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment cleanliness
• Chemical control

• To monitor the chemical room in term of chemical records, usage, first in first out and effectiveness;
• To generate chemical usage report
• To ensure all chemical use in the factory are compliance to the regulatory requirements
• To monitor on chemical usage
• Pest control

• To implement the pest control schedule
• To make sure there are no pest inside the factory;
• To carry out the pest monitoring with appointed pest controller in monthly basis;
• Manage sanitation and pest control programs of the plant
• To liaise with the pest control company in any activities of the plant
• Hygiene training

• To provide hygiene training to workers on how to clean the instruments, apparatus, utensils and area
• To liaise with human resource department on the typhoid injection and food handler training;
• To monitor & supervise the cleaners
• Waste management

• To implement waste management plan
• To liaise with waste management on the schedule
• Monitor the cleanliness of the waste dumpster area;
• Factory hygiene audit

• To conduct weekly factory hygiene audit based on the checklist given
• To issue corrective actions on the non-conformance
• To prepare and follow up the non-conformance is attended
• Any other duties which in need

• Generate and submit monthly reports in timely manner

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Sciences/ANY Science disciple
• Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in QC position, it is good if candidate is from Food Industry
• Hands-on mentality
• Good Communication Skills
• Candidate must be willing to be based at Shah Alam.
