JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Day to day business support of SAP system processes - incident management, master data maintenance and critical period support (i.e. month end processing) Perform analysis, design, build, test on business change requests, SAP related projects and/or enhancements Provide support as required to ensure the functionality of SAP environments for both external and internal users Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented Liaise with company Application Management Support vendor for SAP related issues Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent. Strong analytical skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems. At least 1 to 2 years' experience in SAP support environment (ECC or S/4HANA) with hands-on configuration and support experience on any SAP functional modules, preferably: + Finance and Controlling
+ Materials Management, Extended Warehouse Management
+ Production Planning, Quality Management
+ Plant Maintenance
Experience in SAP integration to other third-party systems (SAP BTP would be an added advantage). Programming / scripting experience in ABAP, Fiori (UI5) and knowledge of relevant software development life cycle is an added advantage. Capable in analysing various business operation needs and translating business solutions into system configuration and/or programs. Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge. Candidate from end-user environment is preferable. * Travelling is a MUST to Melaka office whenever necessary.
