Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

s:

• Collaborate with Business Key and Power Users in their day-to-day tasks, particularly following the Go-Live of new units, and develop a robust support system for SAP archiving.
• Analysing and keeping track of archiving operations for business processes and interfaces in SAP ECC / CRM systems.
• The creation of designs, specifications, tests, documentation, and implementation of archiving-related improvements to business processes.
• Working together with our business Power Users to create a solid support system for SAP archiving.
• Participating in or taking the lead on initiatives involving data volume management, such as OpenText updates and SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in information technology or comparable experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a complex global system setting with a solid understanding of the most recent SAP technology and procedures.
• Excellent technical aptitude and knowledge in OpenText\xe2\x80\x99s SAP Arching/Data Volume Management field, particularly for SAP Document Archiving:
• Implementing, customizing, and troubleshooting SAP standard GOS
• Document archiving and management software (ECM) for OpenText, such as J6NY, J6NP, and J6NA
• Knowledge of products connected to OpenText, such as archive servers, cache servers, and content servers
• Offer a solution for incoming and outgoing documents in ECC, CRM, and PI on the HANA system.
• It is essential to be familiar with OpenText client software such as Exchange Link, Desktop Link, and Enterprise Scan.
• DVM functional processes design and documentation
• SAP ILM expertise and interest are plusses.
• Effective communication abilities and a strong sense of freedom and self-reliance.

Our Offering to You

In the SAP Data Volume Management team, you will serve as a subject matter expert for technology and answer the functional lead for data volume management. You will assist with the procedures for planning, documenting, and ensuring quality there. Particularly change control will help ensure that SAP Data Archiving with OpenText maintains the highest levels of operational service while supporting the timely introduction of server environment upgrades. Additionally, you will keep and handle archiving-related tasks, such as updating the OpenText environment or implementing SAP ILM.
