Exciting Challenges

Sika is globally rolling out one of our group solutions, the scalable SAP cloud ERP Business ByDesign. Our SAP ByD solution is highly integrated into our state-if-the-art SAP framework. The template solutions will be deployed in the next 4-5 years for our subsidiaries in over 50 countries. ByD is a growth area for Sika with a steadily increasing number of ByD users.

What we offer you:

• You are working in an international global team deploying ByD rollouts together with our implementation partners to our Sika Companies
• You will be involved in complete end to end implementation of SAP Business ByDesign
• Being responsible to provide support and enhancements to existing implementations
• Develop the template solution further according to upcoming Business requirements and in close alignment with SAP\'s development roadmap and best-practice - integrated into Sika\'s up-to-date large SAP landscape
• You will work with and coordinate across multiple teams

We Need Your Skills

• Strong consulting experience as SAP FICO/CRM Consultant for Business ByDesign, and SAP ByD Solution Engineer
• Strong and deep experience in the related SAP ByD modules even combined with strong technical knowhow and experience in custom solution development
• You are a client facing, motivated, confident implementation consultant & project manager who can handle the full life cycle from scoping and gathering requirements, running workshops, implementing the Software, training the users and go-live as well as providing post go-live support where required
• Willingness to work hands-on and have a hunger for new challenges
• Experience working on larger landscapes with multiple company codes in different regions
• Able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any levels or location
• Readiness to travel up to 30-40 %,
• Fluent in English
