We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Business planning and Consolidation (BPC) Consultant to join our support team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BPC, as well as provide technical support and guidance on SAP BPC best practices. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and requests related to SAP BPC via phone, email, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BPC issues within the agreed SLA Making sure all Pending and In Progress tickets or Change Request are up to date on daily basis Provide technical support and guidance on SAP BPC best practices to customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve SAP BPC processes Participate in issue or knowledge sharing discussion organized by the team leader Understand processes in SAP BPC such as EPM, BADI, script logics and computations Leading BPC admin tasks activities Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolution steps Stay up-to-date with new SAP BPC features and functionality Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field 2 years of experience with SAP BPC in a support or consulting role Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with SAP ECC, BW, and/or HANA is a plus Fluency in English (verbal and written) Experience in support technologies, e.g. calls logging software, knowledge base, customer-focused support, IT Service Desk function etc. is desirable.
