As a SAP CoE Operations FICO Lead, APAC, you will lead SAP FICO team at Global SAP Centre of Excellence. Within a matrix organization you will report to APAC SAP CoE Operations Manager, while providing global functional support to Finance & Controlling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead combination of small projects and long term support which will includes hands on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support. Your scope will be global for our Architectural Coatings, Protective and Marine Coatings, Industrial Coatings and other business units according to our S/4 roadmap.

Lead, mentor and develop business analyst to drive impactful SAP FICO Business Analysts team that is efficient and effective.

Proactive in building excellent working relationships with your IT colleagues and business partners globally.

Provide immediate support, solutioning and deliver successful projects to ensure a stable and effective model around these SAP modules.

Qualifications

A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required.

Superb communication skills (oral and written English & Mandarin) and social skills. Proficiency in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking countries. Good leadership capability in leading, developing and coaching junior business analyst.

Proven track record of at least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, with strong end to end process knowledge and of in all SAP FICO modules/functions (AA, AR, AP, GL, FSCM (Dispute Management, Credit Management and Collection Management), CO and CO-PC processes) as well as general SAP ECC knowledge or SAP S/4 Knowledge. Lead in SAP support and project implementation.

Good functional end-to-end SD / MM /PP process integration with SAP FICO processes. Additionally, extensive experience in the process design, configuration, support and trouble-shooting of SAP FICO modules

Committed to delivering high quality work in dynamic environments and be an outstanding self-starter, with ability to work independently in a \xe2\x80\x9cremote working\xe2\x80\x9d organization

Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions. Highly curious with strong desire to discover new findings and flexible in a problem-solving environment

Preferred requirements with knowledge or experience with the following:

• SAP S/4 HANA and/or connections to SAP cloud solutions (e.g. Concur).
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents is a plus.
• Experience working in an international/virtual/geographically distributed team
