SAP Consultant (CRM)
Experience
: 1+ years in CRM operationsJob Responsibilities
:Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the CRM system, including documentation analysis. Investigate and resolve production issues by coordinating with development and cross-functional teams. Analyze system data and maintenance records to produce detailed report summaries.
Education & Other Requirements
:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. 1+ years of experience in CRM system operation and maintenance, particularly service-oriented systems. Prior experience with CRM product operations is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical skills and ability to prepare reports independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CRM-related software.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
