ABOUT OPPORTUNITIES: Role: SAP CRM Consultant Experience Level: 5-12 Years Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for SAP CRM Consultant with 5 - 12 years of experience in SAP CRM Consultant and SAP CRM Certified.
- Involve in requirement gathering with stakeholder on new requirements for Customer Service & CRM Module.
- Perform assessments based on the requirement given and find the best solutions among all possible options and presenting to Solution Review Meeting.
- Provide support, advice, and solutions in Solution Review Meeting for Customer Service & CRM Module (Program, reports etc.)
- To ensure timely and complete implementation related to Customer Service and CRM module for new requirements, optimization of business processes and system functionalities and performance tuning.
- To prepare Functional Design, Configuration Design document and etc.
- \xc2\xb7 To ensure successful deployment of Business Solutions and mini projects including Go Live Support.
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
