Job Description

This role involves transforming complex SAP PM and MM data into actionable insights to improve maintenance performance, schedule adherence, and material availability. It requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BI, combined with analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to drive data-informed business decisions.

• Data Analysis: Transform complex SAP PM and MM datasets into actionable insights to improve maintenance and materials performance.
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking schedule adherence and material readiness.
• SAP Data Management: Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from SAP modules via Azure Datahub for reporting and analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Maintenance, and Material Management teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Automation & Optimization: Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP system enhancements to boost efficiency and data quality.
• User Support: Provide training and guidance to end-users on reporting tools, analysis techniques, and SAP processes.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation for reporting standards, master data, and analytical procedures.

A successful SAP Data Analyst should have:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• SAP PM experience is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and database management systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance and materials management processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
