Job Description

You are required to have a solid understanding of SAP BODS architecture and workflows, with a strong grasp of SQL for data manipulation and transformation. Your role will involve working closely with the Front-Line IT, Financial Operations and other IT source teams in supporting the current BODS interface between Central Finance and ERPs. You will reporting directly to IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support SAP BODS operations around data migration, integration, and transformation projects. Monitor job execution, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors in collaboration with Basis and security teams. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality. Manage Local and Central Repositories for version control and release management. Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows. Support deployment and post-implementation activities including monitoring and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2-3 years of experience working with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) in a support role. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling. Familiarity with version control tools and deployment best practices. Working knowledge of SQL (preferably in Oracle, SQL Server, or SAP HANA environments). Working knowledge of finance modules in any ERP system. Knowledge of data governance and metadata management tools
