TEAM
We are looking for a Digital Supply Chain Solution Advisor (Presales) to join the SEA Customer Solution Advisor Team.

This team has been formed out of the need to engage deeply with our customers, partners, and field sales - focusing on driving innovation, and through the end-to-end processes in the field of Digital Supply Chain such as Design to Operate and Design to Consume.

PURPOSE
SAP\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Supply Chain organization is essential in helping our customers drive their Digital Transformation by delivering simplified and innovative solutions in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Operational Excellence and R&D/Engineering.

THE ROLE
The position requires the full presales ownership of S/4HANA Logistics and DSC solutions, actively support sales opportunities from early discovery phase to closing, as well as to support demand generation activities, enablement and thought leadership to drive the solution portfolio in our region.

You will work in a team of product experts in SAP S/4HANA Logistics (Public Cloud and CE), SAP DSC solutions, and SAP CX solutions, and will be involved in sales cycles across the SEA Market Unit as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy.

A Digital Supply Chain Solution Advisor interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and follow-up discussions. The primary role of the Solution Advisor during an active sales cycle is to provide deep subject matter expertise and content and use this expertise to gain understanding of customer requirements and identify the SAP solutions than can solve the customer\xe2\x80\x99s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings. In addition to deal support, a Presales Expert collaborates with sales and IBA teams to plan and execute business development strategies using innovative tools and techniques.

The role requires functional expertise in the domain of SAP S/4HANA Logistics and SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio, our Design to Operate strategy, with experience in planning, logistics, asset management and/or manufacturing. By design this role partners closely with the regional & market unit DSC sales and works cross-functionally to drive alignment & integration with various functions (Sales, Presales, Industry Advisory, Value Advisory, Solution Management and Partner Ecosystem Success) to meet & exceed SAP growth objectives.

TASKS

-Demonstrate technical solution expertise in S/4HANA Logistics and at least one of the solutions in the DSC solution portfolio.
-Flawless delivery of discovery sessions, solution demos, presentations, solution validation, solution fitment etc., and adopts necessary story telling techniques for memorable presentations.
-Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals.
-Participate/support/manage POC completion.
-Effectively present to customers \xe2\x80\x9cremotely\xe2\x80\x9d using virtual technologies.
-Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely
-Provide post-sales support to key partners primarily to the project/implementation team to ensure a smooth handover and positive customer solution adoption.
-Serve as a subject matter expert delivering results in a best-in-class manner, leveraging the broader DSC organization.
-Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results.
-Serve as a champion for or participate in Solution Hubs and provide knowledge transfer to colleagues as needed.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in enterprise software industry in Presales and/or Consulting.
-Solution expertise and background on SAP S/4HANA Logistics and SAP DSC solutions is a key requirement for this role.
-Work Experience as a user of SAP S/4HANA or SAP DSC solutions is a significant benefit
-Knowledge and experience on competitive solutions or experience in the implementation of these solutions is a plus.
-Able to articulate the DSC strategy, key differentiators for our solutions and value our solutions can provide to the customer.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills with customers, partners, internal teams, to position the value of the entire DSC solution portfolio.
-Knowledge of supply chain business processes and able to speak business language.
-Knowledge and expertise on end to end processes/solution matching.
-Pro-active continuous learner who Invest time to continually educate yourself on new releases of the software and industry trends.
-Foster collaboration within the presales community and the SAP extended team to drive large deals.
-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s equivalent degree.
