Job Role:

• The SAP Project Manager would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements:

• Lead cross-functional teams to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and requirements.
• Lead configuration requirement efforts and work to ensure S/4 HANA settings meet customer requirements identified with customer.
• Lead security teams to Identify local security requirements and the creation of necessary security profiles.
• Work with local management to plan and schedule participation of key stakeholders in testing activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support during management of the execution of testing activities monitoring progress.
• Manage Deployment-related cutover and go-live activities.
• Manage support post go-live, leading team to resolve post go-live issues.

• Should have experience in Agile project management practice.
• Should have very good overview of SAP S/4 HANA any core (functional) modules.
• Not necessarily an expert on all modules but should be able to organize team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.
• Excellent financial management skills: Cost management, receivables, profitability analysis and reporting.
• Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison.
• Should be capable of handling small/medium size team.
• Should have worked in dynamic environment with mix of organization and client teams.
• Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.
• Overall industry experience of 8-10 years
• Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
• Must have experience in ECC and HANA Projects
• Hands on experience in Project Delivery Management.
• Experience on Business development/Pre-sales/Account Management is a must.
• Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Strong technology awareness and skills (MS Office and beyond); ability to build presentations, excel reports, and conduct analysis that interpret the data, create valuable business insights
• Demonstrates advanced communication skills: oral, written, and active listening.
