-Lead or contribute to the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules for our clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

- Collaborate with clients finance and accounting teams to understand their existing processes and requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend best practices to streamline financial operations within the SAP S/4HANA framework.

- Configure SAP FICO modules according to business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Implement custom enhancements and integrations as needed.

-System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP), ensuring smooth data flow and process automation across the organization.

- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios, conduct system testing, and support end-to-end testing to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions. Address issues and perform necessary configuration adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

-Provide training and user support to clients finance and accounting teams to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities. Address and resolve end-user queries and issues in a timely manner.

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals. Generate reports and present project status updates to stakeholders as required.

-Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends related to SAP FICO and S/4HANA. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities.

-Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

-Extensive experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.

-Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

-Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including new functionalities and features introduced in S/4HANA versions.

-Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

-Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within project deadlines.

-SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP FICO are highly desirable.
