Job Title : AMS SAP Functionals (FICO) Senior Consultant Company : Confidential Location : Petaling Jaya Salary : Confidential Type : Permanent JOB SUMMARY The AMS team is looking for an experienced SAP Functionals (FICO) Senior Consultant to support in the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagement. REQUIREMENTS: 4 to 12 years of relevant SAP FICO Experience. Experience in CO will be an advantage. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing application support under SAP platform, troubleshoot, and resolve issues & requests with targeted SLA. Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
