Job Description
:
- Gather, assess, challenge business requirements, and facilitate requirement engineering via workshops / discussions
- Develop business functional requirements related to customization/enhancement in ERP and other applications
- Oversee functional demo and testing after development completion
- Assist or Participate in ERP project implementations
- Ensure delivery of regional projects on time and within budget, provide regional support for global projects.
- Provide business and functional support to various ERP / SAP modules
- Organize and facilitate meetings, work with different teams and IT partners in different parts of the world in providing services to business teams
- Communicates with the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications
- Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies and drive process standardization
- Demonstrate collaborative skills with business units, project teams and other function groups
- Drive Innovation in the areas of IT to bring productivity and cost savings to business and streamline the processes. Come up with ideas and bring them to reality
- New technologies - Continuously learn and implement new technologies and provide solutions for business challenges
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
