WE ARE LOOKING FOR Provide day to day SAP functional services covering the following SAP Modules namely Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting), Controlling, Project System and Flexible Real Estate Management for AIA Business Units. Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform BAU Activities - Incident and Service Request: Perform diagnosis / investigation / troubleshooting/ enquiries. Perform configuration changes/ fixes or work closely with vendors where necessary to resolve incident. Resolve and close ticket within Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ideal Turn Around Time (TAT) Perform BAU Activities - Fast Track Change Request Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (i.e. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD)). Perform configuration / code changes & Unit Test (including coordination with 3rd party where necessary). Prepare test scenarios & acceptance criteria. Inform on readiness for Production deployment. Prepare & submit Change Deployment Template. Close ticket upon successful Production deployment. Perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance to GASC-Finance IT operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally simple scenarios. Ensure solutions are consistent with regional design architecture. Positive collaboration with all stakeholders on BAU related matters. Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as SAP ambassador. Provide training to end users (where necessary). May require short term travel, active standby, and shift arrangements. Supporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems / Business or Accounting equivalent is required. Minimum 2 years\' relevant experience in regional solution / system support with SAP FICO focus across the APAC region. Relevant SAP Centre of Excellence/ Shared Service experience and End-user support track record. Applied accounting / business knowledge in SAP FICO ECC system. Managing communication with key stakeholders (i.e. finance business users). Knowledge in SAP New General Ledger Accounting with Multiple Ledgers and Multiple Currency will be an added advantage.
