Reporting to APAC IT Manager, is responsible for the support of our Finance business users covering the full P2P, Procure to Pay process and Bank Treasury covering Procurement, Purchase Requisitions/Purchase orders, Accounts Payable, payment instruction to bank, bank statement processing, treasury, vendor business partner management and analytics.
The candidate should be a subject matter expert in the respective shipping and functional domains who can translate and detail functional specifications for solution implementation and evolutive enhancements post implementation. The incumbent should demonstrate ability to align IT strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives and needs of the organization. They bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that IT investments and solutions are effectively utilized to support the organization's goals.
The candidate will need to have a solid understanding of IT project management, requirement analysis, solution design, resource management, risk management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, meticulous and analytical professional with experience in solution consultancy, project management and through IT solution implementation to join our APAC team.
KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible in the Procurement to Pay process, from purchase requisition, purchase order, invoice management to bank payment.
Configuration and implementation of the SAP Finance and Treasury modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Controlling, Treasury, etc.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate configuration settings within the SAP Finance and Treasury domain.
Perform comprehensive testing of the configured Finance and Treasury modules to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Accounts Payable-related issues, such as vendor master data maintenance, invoice processing, and payment processing.
Work with bank solution to implement SAP Treasury related functions or payment interfaces.
Set up and maintain the bank statement processing functionality, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of bank transactions.
Troubleshooting experience on the bank payment instruction process, ensuring compliance with financial institution requirements.
Manage the vendor business partner lifecycle, including vendor creation, maintenance, and performance evaluation.
Develop and generate financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, business analysts, and end-users, to address Finance and Treasury related issues and provide training.
Participate in project planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Stay up to date with the latest Finance and Treasury business processes, best practices and latest IT enabling Technology
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business IT.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FI or SAP Treasury Consultant, preferably having participated in several global SAP implementation covering either of these modules
Proven expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP Finance and Treasury modules, including Accounts Payable, Procurement to Pay, bank statement processing, bank payment instruction, treasury, and vendor business partner management
Knowledge Support on Kyriba Treasury functions will be added advantage
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in project management and implementation methodologies
Certification in SAP Finance or relevant SAP modules is preferred
