Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the rollout of the global SAP S/4HANA F2S template across ASEAN and Middle East regions.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements and global solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard sessions with key users and business leads.
• Drive the localization, configuration, testing, and deployment of F2S processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Serve as a functional expert in Forecast to Stock, while maintaining a good working knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Coordinate closely with technical teams, data teams, and change management to support deployment activities.
• Provide issue resolution, process documentation, and contribute to end-user training.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are well managed and delivered upon.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration (SI) or consulting roles within the F2S domain.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably including at least one regional or global rollout project.
• Strong knowledge of Forecast to Stock and Order to Cash business processes.
• Experience in SAP modules related to F2S, such as SAP PP, MM, SD, or IBP.
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior business and IT stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required by the project.
