Support of SAP HCM Applications in Malaysia and Hong Kong
Acting as second level support for tickets regarding SAP HCM modules Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management and Time Attendance
Supporting implementation projects in other countries in the APAC Area
Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
Design and conduct training programs
Regularly provide support to end-users
Ensure compliance needs are satisfied through organizational and procedural procedures such as Group guidelines implementation, training, and compliance monitoring.
Manage staff health and safety to improve the company\xe2\x80\x99s performance.
Perform additional duties as necessary.
Job Requirements:
The ability to operate in an international team with a focus on service orientation.
Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out initiatives across Asia, travel, and provide ongoing support to end users.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Structured and goal-oriented working style, aggressiveness, and a clear focus on speedy implementation.
To comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1994 (Act 514) as well as the Company Health, Safety, and Environment Policy and any applicable legislation.
To keep up to speed on all areas of knowledge in order to perform the work effectively, and to attend training/development courses as needed.
Comply with all areas of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s HR Policies and Procedures.
To accept responsibility for those areas of the OHS management system over which they have influence.
Contribute to the formulation, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions (PDCA) for improving the OH&S management system.
Report any incident involving yourself, coworkers, or contractors involving machinery or mobile machines while at work to your immediate supervisor and (HSE Manager) as soon as reasonably practical.
Report any commuting to work accident as soon as reasonably practical to your immediate superior and the HSE Manager.
Comply with procedures outlined in current ISO standards.
Education/Qualification
Candidates must have at least a university degree in a business or technological subject (or comparable qualifications and experiences).
At least three years of professional business and technical expertise in the HR area of the SAP R/3 system, with an international background.
Understanding of payroll requirements in Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Knowledge of payroll in India would be advantageous.
Proficient in integrating HR with SAP modules, particularly FI and CO.
Experience with SAP HR and BI interfaces preferred.
Understanding of employee and manager self-services in SAP HCM.
Familiarity with SAP architectural interfaces and external systems.
Strong communication skills in English and Malay (both written and oral).
