Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Configuration

o Lead the configuration and customization of SAP MM to meet procurement, inventory, and material planning needs.

o Develop innovative SAP MM solutions that optimize purchasing, vendor management, and materials tracking.

o Define material master data, procurement types, and valuation methods.

Testing & Quality Assurance

o Conduct detailed testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate SAP MM functionalities.

o Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring solutions meet performance and accuracy requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, logistics, and IT to gather requirements.

o Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation for SAP MM processes.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

o Stay up-to-date with SAP MM best practices, innovations, and industry trends.

o Identify areas for process improvement and proactively recommend system enhancements for efficiency and cost savings.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing

o Mentor junior team members and share SAP MM knowledge to build internal capabilities.

o Promote knowledge sharing and team collaboration through training sessions and best practice documentation.

End-User Support & Training

o Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP MM functionalities and enhancements.

o Create user manuals, process guides, and SOPs for materials management tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support. Advanced proficiency in SAP MM, including:
- Purchase Requisitions and Orders

- Source Determination and Vendor Management

- Inventory Management and Goods Movement

- Material Valuation and Account Determination

- Invoice Verification and Automatic Postings

Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with SD, FI, and WM modules. Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP MM implementation or upgrade. Familiarity with ABAP debugging and collaboration with development teams.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
