Job Description

To manage and support ICT projects on SAP Materials Management (MM) & SAP Warehouse
management (WM) and all related interfaces.

• Go to person for SAP MM & WM modules during every new Project / Rollout and Support (working during Malaysia business hours)
• Configure and maintain all the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Quality Management & Knowledge on SAP Plant

Maintenance (including documentations) * Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and Business requirement and propose the business solution by understanding the existing landscape for the Incident and Change Request

• Support business users for user training, UAT, prepare Test scripts
• Support business to Extract, Transform and Cleanse data objects whenever required
• Create and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required gap analysis on existing solution, end-to end process design, testing strategy, training, etc
• Perform as L1 Support & escalation Point of contact for any Production issues in SAP MM/WM & all Logistics related interfaces
• Create Proposed solutions, functional specifications for CR (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development team to write the technical specifications and develop those RICEFW objects
• Coordinate with the global team on all changes SAP MM/WM and related Interfaces
• Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state
• Works closely with other IT team members from Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer facing, Security, Data Migration, Basis and PIPO, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to make/support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions

• Degree in Engineering / Information Technology or any equivalent field of study
• Minimum 12 years hands-on experience in SAP MM & WM
• Knowledge in all MM/WM Master Data, transactional data
• Experience of complete procure-to-pay (PTP) cycle process in SAP is a must along with WM
• Fundamental knowledge on entire Supply Chain/procurement process & impacts (Automotive domain preferred)
• Strong hands on with Inventory management/Contract/PR/PO release strategy in SAP MM
• Experience in Configuration Simulation
• Strong in MRP (with MTO, MTS & ETO strategies), Account determination process, Production/Sales orders/Scheduling agreements, Stock movements and inventory updates
• Good knowledge of Serial Number & Batch* Good knowledge on ALE/ iDOC\'s /Databases/ Interfaces/ BAPIs/ User exits / BDCs / LSMW / LTMC
• Documentation knowledge of AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
• Good problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, teamwork, decision making, and is able to communicate with Leadership team
