As a SAP O2C Senior Consultant, you will join the Global SAP Centre of Excellence Team on SAP S/4 BAU operations as well as projects. In addition, required to implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis across O2C domain within SD modules. You will work together with a number of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Shah Alam. Within a matrix organization, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager APAC and will be affiliated to Global SAP CoE O2C Stream Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of our SBU processes in order to facilitate rapid solutioning to showcase self starter on S/4 template.
• Evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible
• Propose, design or configure, document and test business solutions according to the functional and technical requirements adhering to SAP standard and our foundational S/4 template
• Successful ECC / S/4 Hana implementation across the O2C domain with skills in a variety of functions within SD module such as Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules like MM, FI, CO. Additionally integrate points of SD module with other functions like eWM, PP, QM and GLM is a benefit
• Proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business partners. You will be encouraged to mentor, lead, and support junior members of the Order to Cash project team

Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, with strong end to end process knowledge and of in all O2C modules/functions as well as general SAP ECC knowledge. Solid understanding of business processes within the Customer Service and/or Logistics area. Participation in S/4 implementation as Senior Consultant.
• Extensive experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP O2C modules across complex and highly integrated order entry & pricing processes. In addition, prior SD integration experience with external systems (EDI, Idoc, WebServices/BAPIs).4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required
• Excellent English & Mandarin both oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. Proficiency in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking countries
• Committed to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments and be an outstanding self-starter, with ability to work independently in a \xe2\x80\x9cremote working\xe2\x80\x9d organization
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset, ABAP, integrating SAP with C/4 HANA Sales/Service and eWM (warehouse management) would be advantageous. In addition, basic understanding of ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging within SD (exits, VOFM) will be highly advantageous.
