About the job SAP PP Consultant

Our client is a MNC automotive company with global presence and they are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of SAP PP Consultant. The purpose of the role is t\xef\xbb\xbfo manage and support ICT projects on SAP Production Planning (PP) & SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Manufacturing Applications like SMS and other related interfaces.

• Minimum 2 E2E SAP PP & QM implementation in S4 HANA along with earlier implementation experience in ECC (okay even if the complete experience is with S4 HANA)
• \xef\xbb\xbfGo to person for SAP PP, QM & PM modules during every new Project / Rollout and Support (during Malaysia business hours)
• \xef\xbb\xbfConfigure and maintain all the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Quality Management & Knowledge on SAP Plant Maintenance (including documentations)
• \xef\xbb\xbf Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and Business requirement and propose the business solution by understanding the existing landscape for the Incident and Change Request.
• \xef\xbb\xbfSupport business users for user training , UAT, prepare Test scripts.
• \xef\xbb\xbfSupport business to Extract, Transform and Cleanse data objects whenever required.
• \xef\xbb\xbfCreate and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required gap analysis on existing solution, end-to end process design, testing strategy, training, etc.
• \xef\xbb\xbfPerform as L1 Support & escalation Point of contact for any Production issues in SAP PP, QM, PM & Manufacturing related interfaces.
• \xef\xbb\xbfCreate Proposed solutions, functional specifications for CR (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development team to write the technical specifications and develop those RICEFW objects.
• \xef\xbb\xbfCoordinate with the global team on all changes SAP PP/QM and related Interfaces
• \xef\xbb\xbfWorks globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state.
• \xef\xbb\xbfWorks closely with other IT team members from Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer facing, Security, Data Migration, Basis and PIPO, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to make/support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions.

Job Requirements

• \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in Engineering / Information Technology and any equivalent field of study.
• \xef\xbb\xbfMinimum 12 years hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning, SAP Quality Management & SAP Plant Maintenance.
• \xef\xbb\xbfProblem solving skills, leadership, good communication, teamwork , decision making, able to communicate with Leadership team.
• Hybrid working arrangement and candidate can be based in KL , however must be willing to travel to the manufacturing plant located in Gurun. Kedah.
