As a SAP COE D2R Business Analysis Expert, you will join Global SAP Centre of Excellence Team, reporting to Regional D2R operation team lead and will be affiliated to the Global SAP CoE D2R Stream Lead. You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on S/4 Roadmap projects and play an important role in S/4 implementations and in supporting our daily S/4 operations.
Main Responsibilities

• Provide SAP functional expert in production planning, execution, quality management, product data and material management; and accountable for translating our needs into functional and technical specifications, building or enhancing the solution, testing and deploying quality work products for multiple units.
• Troubleshoot on user incidents while maintaining a high degree of user satisfaction
• Guide the team on resolution of complexed issues and business request
• Lead a team of SAP D2R Business Analysts. Coach and support junior members of the Demand to Replenish team to allow them to contribute on the project or daily operation support.
• Collaborate with both business and global team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy solutions. Build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and partners
• Travel to be approximately 25% of your time to support S/4 Roadmap projects and regional operation

Qualifications

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. Fluent Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with a deep process knowledge of multiple SAP D2R modules (PP, MM, PP-PI, PP-DS, eWM, QM or GLM) and general SAP ECC knowledge
• Experience as a Expert Consultant role in numerous ECC implementations in D2R domain
• Experience and knowledgeable in business processes within the Supply Chain area in manufacturing industry
• A 4 year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required.
• Understanding of a variety of D2R modules and of end-to-end business processes within this domain (supply chain planning, warehousing, manufacturing, labelling)
• Experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP ECC D2R modules across complex supply chain distribution networks Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous
  • Chemical industry experience would be beneficial
  • Experience with ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging within D2R domain
  • Knowledge of S/4 and participation in S/4 implementation as D2R Senior Consultant
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 \xe2\x80\x93 MES integration
