Main role and responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.

Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.

Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.

Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.

Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.

Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

Qualification:

Bachelor\'s degree or higher degree in relevant fields.

Minimum 10 years\' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.

Minimum 5 years\' experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large-scale SAP project implementation.

Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation. Other complex ERP such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics are welcome as well.

Possess strong business and consulting acumen.

Posses strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.

Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
