Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 2 E2E Implementations in SAP S/4 HANA EHSM Module implementation experience is a must
• Bachelor / Master\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required with a minimum of 10+ Years\' experience in a progressive responsibility expanding capability with a focus on the area of implementing & supporting EHS / EHSM module
• Expert knowledge in SAP S4 HANA EHSM solution capabilities and business process configurations
• Hands-on experience in RoHS, REACH and other regulatory compliance
• Experience in FIORI apps related to Basic Compliance, Product-Material based Consumption, Activation of Compliance requirements, Event & Task processing and Reporting
• Experience in analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Should be familiar with EHSM Integration with the other SAP modules
• Worked on Product Compliance, BOM Scrubbing and other areas of EHSM Business Process. Also, providing best practice approach to meet the critical business requirements

Nice to Have Skills:

• Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
• Team leadership experience with excellent interpersonal skills and people centric approach
• ABAP knowledge to de-bug and identify any interrelated issues
• Knowledge in Manufacturing or Semiconductor Industry is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Conduct workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients\' needs
• Design, customize, configure and testing of EHSM Module especially in the areas of product compliance, BOM scrubbing etc.
• Analyze the Customer pain points, gaps, issues etc. and provide best practice solution to meet the Customer needs in EHSM Module
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Direct interaction and meetings with the Business Process owners to understand the existing business processes and the customer specific requirements.
• Develop Functional Specifications based on the business requirements and interaction with the business users
• Provide SAP EHSM functional design documents for development team during the design phase
• Coordinate/collaborate with architecture teams, development teams and business partners.
• Assist Development team to create new Enhancements in order to address Customer specific requirements using BADI, Exits and FMs

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month Benefits:
