Job Description

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:

• Act as the primary production support for Operations, including Materials Management (MM), Distribution, Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning (PP).
• Work closely with business users (end-users, key users, process owners) and internal IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Liaise between the SAP support team, BASIS, and technical/development teams to resolve complex problems.
• Review business process solutions, assess technical impact, and ensure they align with the global SAP template and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), security, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee change control, access control, and landscape management processes.
• Evaluate and approve support-driven changes before deployment.
• Support SAP projects, enhancements, and rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient Hypercare post-Go-Live.
• Monitor system performance, alerts, and interdependencies to maintain operational stability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA SCM, covering MM, PP, QM, and Distribution.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM), including customization/configuration.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA platform, business consulting, and template design.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Operations & Source-to-Pay with integration across MM, FI/CO, SD, and EWM.
• Experience in SAP Logistics Execution, Production Execution & Planning, Trade Compliance, and Quality Management.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA interfaces, IDOC functionality, and 3PL integration.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and SAP MDG & APO integration.
• Expertise in SAP Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics Execution.
• Deep understanding of SAP-MES interfaces, IDOC monitoring, and middleware queue processing.
